Knox Inspection Services,
Inc. is affiliated with many companies on both a local and national
level. The following
affiliates of Knox Inspection Services,
Inc. are completely independent of Knox and work within the primary marketing
area of Oklahoma and Arkansas in close
concert to provide the best service to our Customers.
Rembrandt Technologies,
Inc. is a company that provides services to homeowners. Rembrandt
is one of the Affiliate
Vendors that make various types of inspections
in conjunction with their specific services including Chimney, Sub-floor
Air Duct repair. Rembrandt employs
the services of our engineering staff in making evaluations of site drainage.
Hydro Physics Pipe Inspection
Services, Inc. is a company that provides a video camera examination
of concealed
areas. The video camera may extend
more than 100 feet into a pipe as small as 2” diameter with excellent video
resolution. The results can be
recorded onto a VCR tape for review at a later time. The camera will
show damage to air
ducts, plumbing pipe problems, and concealed
areas that are not otherwise visible for inspection. This video service
has
saved thousands of dollars for the buyers
of homes and commercial properties by individual inspection of waste lines,
sewer lines, homes with air ducts below
the concrete floor slab, and in concealed areas.
The Employee Relocation
Industry was our original source of Customers when we began in business
in 1983. Since
that time we have grown to serve the
four largest national inspection companies with departments that specialize
in
nationwide employee relocation inspections.
We also provide inspections to several private companies’ Human
Resource departments that handle “in-house”
employee relocation. The full spectrum of our property inspection
services
makes us attractive to the diverse inspection
requirements of the Employee Relocation Industry. We serve their
clients
through Oklahoma and Arkansas.
Affiliate Vendors
are often included into our full line of Inspection services. We
have located individual Vendors that
can supply a quality service in their
respective trades in a timely manner to our Customers. The far majority
of real
estate transactions involve several
Inspection related Services to satisfy the participants of the transaction.
Therefore,
we put the most common Inspection services
together on one price list for the ease and convenience of our Customer
both in quality and scheduling.
The Affiliate Vendors provide their Inspections and services directly to
the Customer
apart from Knox Inspection Services,
Inc. In some cases they are paid directly for their services, or
in other cases they
may be paid by Knox on a pass-through
basis for the convenience of our Customer to just make one payment for
all of
their Inspection Services in the transaction.
We do not take responsibility for the Affiliate Vendors’ performance.
We will provide the Customer several
individual Vendors from which to choose upon request of the person placing
the
order. Please ask when you place
the order for a choice of Vendors. If a Customer has a problem with
a particular
Affiliate Vendor, the Customer must
take that dispute to the Vendor for resolution through the means of resolution
dictated by their respective agreement.
In some cases the services that are supplied by the Affiliate Vendors cannot
be
legally provided by Knox.

no assurances regarding the work of an Affiliate Vendor, nor do we accept
compensation from our Affiliate Vendors.
