Termite Inspections are not available in some rural areas.

Mileage fee is required to some rural areas. Mileage fees may be added

depending on location and will be determined at the time your order is placed.

1. Oklahoma Home Inspection

4. Termite (Wood Destroying Insects and/or Wood Destroying Organisms Inspection Report -- WDI and WDO each
Performed by a Licensed Pest Control Company.

5. Fixtures, Equipment and Systems Inspection

Performed by Licensed Home Inspector

6. Roof Surface Inspection
Performed by a Licensed Engineer or Inspector

7. Radon Gas Test
Follows NEHA testing protocols
Electronic Continuous Radon Monitor with same day results OR Radon Canisters with results in 48 hours.

8. Environmental Survey
Performed and/or reviewed by a Certified Environmental Inspector.

9. Mold Spore Analysis and Report
Performed by Certified Environmental Inspector or Certified Mold Inspector.
Samples are taken and submitted to the laboratory to determine
the presence and identification of Mold Spores.

10. Swimming Pool, Spa, Hot Tub, Sauna
Performed by a Licensed Home Inspector.
Additional fees if applicable:
A Spa that uses the same equipment is half price.
Follow-up inspection fees

11. Private Septic Sewer System
A Standard "flood & dye" is performed by a Licensed Home Inspector.
This septic system inspection meets Mortgage Lender requirements.
Additional fees if applicable:
At Customer's request, additional fee for DEQ records search

12. Water Well and Equipment Inspection
Performed by Licensed Home Inspector
Includes operation and inspection of the equipment and laboratory analysis
of a water sample for Coliform Bacteria.

13. Winterization
Performed by Licensed Home Inspector
Protects vacant property from plumbing damage due to freezing temperatures.
Additional fees if applicable:
Price is greater on homes over 2,500 square feet

De-winterization fee is half price of Winteration fee

14. Security System Inspection
[not available in some communities]
Performed by a Professional Security Analyst on existing built-in systems.
Includes a proposal to install a security system if not previously installed.

15. Video Examination of Sub floor Air Ducts or Plumbing Waste Lines
Includes a video recording (VHS or DVD) and written report for review. Often provides necessary information about problems in highly restricted areas.

16. EIFS Inspection
[Exterior Insulated Finish Systems that appear as Stucco or similar exterior veneers]
Price varies depending on job. Includes a sub-surface moisture investigation and comparison of the EIFS veneer with the manufactures' installation recommendations.

17. New Construction Monitoring and Inspection
There are several options available depending upon customers' specific requirements and the stage of construction.

18. Structural Wood Deterioration Inspection
Performed by a Licensed Home Inspector,
per 310:276-1-3(b)(1) and 310:276-1-3(c)(1) in Home Inspection Law, with report. Probing accessible wood components for deterioration

19. Maximum Information Inspection
This inspection is designed to meet the Customer's individual requirements.
May include special invasive procedures and research that are not otherwise
included in an Inspection. These Inspections are priced individually.
